We design and analyze moving structures – we develop all aspects of landing gear, flight controls and door mechanisms. From loads development to preliminary kinematic models, stress analysis, fatigue assessments, weight optimization, CAD models and detail drawings.
Landing Gear: We develop conventional and unique landing gears.
We design landing gear doors and their opening and closing mechanisms via mechanical linkages or individual actuation.
We develop hydraulic cylinders for actuation and PLC logic for sequencing and timing complex hydro-mechanical systems. Also manual emergency extension systems, up locks and down locks.
We calculate landing gear loads and design oleo struts or rubber puck energy absorbtion systems.
Door Mechanisms: We create, design and analyze Part 23 and part 25 Door mechanisms.
From human factor external loads generation to drawing packages of a complete design for manufacture.
Our experience covers kinematic studies for internal loads, detailed designs, stress analysis and compliance plans.
Other: We have designed and analyzed 3-axis mechanical flight control systems for conventional and unconventional configurations.
