We use Microsoft Project Manager and other custom written tools for visualizing, planning, tracking and reporting between our in-house team members and our clients.

• At the inception of the project our project management service helps our clients create the work package, identify critical deliverables, find the true critical path and define realistic, mutually agreed delivery dates.
• During the project regular communication regarding potential threats to the schedule, program updates and clear demonstration of progress gives our clients forewarning and peace of mind. Active project management during the life of the work package allows us to identify risks, develop mitigation and act together before the schedule is compromised.
